While at Apple, I co-founded and launched the first organization within Marcom dedicated to employees of color. Centered on pillars of Growth, Visibility, and Community, we created this organization to support Black & Brown members of Marcom in feeling fully seen, heard, and valued.

Programming included talks and workshops with licensed psychotherapists, anti-racism leaders, and internal change-makers. We also launched a growth coaching program dedicated to Black@Marcom members.
